Marsha Shotley, President
Marsha has led the Blue Cross Foundation since 2005, in her role as vice president of board and community relations for the Blue Cross health plan. As foundation president, she focuses on governance and representational duties that bridge the health plan and the foundation.

Jocelyn Ancheta, Senior Program Officer
Jocelyn is the lead on the foundation's initiative Growing Up Healthy: Kids and Communities.

Penelope (Penny) Haru Snipper, Independent Consultant
Penny is the lead on the foundation's initiative Healthy Together: Creating Community with New Americans.

Janet Jablonske, Grants Manager
Janet manages the foundation's comprehensive request/grants database and coordinates other administrative functions including reporting, record management and board communications.

Julie Lee, Program Communications Consultant
Julie manages the foundation's internal and external communications, including strategic planning, web site development, print and electronic communications.

Regina Prather, Administrative Assistant
Regina provides administrative support to the foundation.
